by husband and wife team, John and Theresa Kinsella. The Kinsella's
had successfully managed their own properties for several
years in Wexford Town and spotted an opportunity in the general
boom of the period.
"There was a lot of
building going on throughout County Wexford at the time",
recalls John Kinsella, "coupled with huge demand. As
a large percentage of these properties were being purchased
by absentee investors, we saw a market which wasn't being
filled due to a lack of dedicated letting and management agencies
in the Wexford area".
The business has grown
rapidly since those early days. Kinsella's Wexford Property
Management now manage over five hundred individual properties
throughout the county of Wexford, and employ seven dedicated
and highly trained staff members. They offer letting, full
management, rent collection and home maintenance services.
All of these services are available individually or collectively
as required by the individual client.
They can also offer invaluable
free advice to potential investors about the best areas to
buy investment properties, the likely rental income achievable
in these areas, advice on furnishing the property and so on.
And having built up a reputation for prompt, professional
and thorough service, the company has recently expanded into
the area of apartment block management which covers the maintenance,

strong at the moment in the Wexford area, according to Theresa
