property letting business we feel we can offer the most comprehensive,
professional and efficient service available, to both landlords
and tenants.
Having let and managed various types of individual properties
for many years, we have developed a deep understanding of
the criteria property owners require in successfully letting
their properties, and also the needs of tenants regarding
acceptable standards of accommodation.
Unlike many agencies, we do not set unrealistic set targets
as to the number of properties that must be filled within
a given period. We strongly feel that due to the sometimes
volatile nature of the property letting business, this can
be a recipe for disaster. Mis-matching properties with unsuitable
tenants for the sake of reaching targets can only end in tears
for all concerned especially you the landlord.
All prospective tenants need to be carefully vetted through
an interviewing process and the obtaining of references before
they can be considered suitable for a particular property.
Depending upon the availability of good quality tenants at
a particular time, we strongly advise our clients that it
is better to leave a property vacant for longer, if that is
what is necessary to locate a suitable quality tenant, than
to adopt the above approach.
